Welcome to our Active School Page where we will keep you up to date on how our school is keeping active.
The Active School Flag (ASF) initiative is a Department of Education and Skills initiative (DES) supported by Healthy Ireland (HI) which aims to get more schools, more active, more often.
This year we are applying for our 3rd Active School Flag which is awarded to schools that strive to achieve a physically educated and physically active school community.
All parents/guardians are welcome to assist in this application process throughout the school year and in particular during Active Schools Week.

There are 673 Active Primary Schools who were awarded their Active Flag and Mary Queen of Ireland is one of them!!!
