Step 1 Science

• Looking for Signs of Autumn in our Locality- Living Things: Plant and Animal Life with all classes
• Fantastic Fingerprints and Excellent Eyes- Living Things: Human Life with Ms McMahon’s 4th and 5th class
• My Bouncy Egg- Materials: Materials and Change/Properties of Materials with Ms Shearin's 4th class
• The Three Little Pigs- Energy and Forces: Forces with Ms Enright’s Junior Infants
• A Visit to the School Garden Caring for our school environment- Environmental Awareness and Care: Caring for my Locality with Ms Roche’s Senior Infants and 1st Class and Ms Enright’s Junior Infants
• Celebrating Earth Day across all the classes
• Science Week 2020: Experiments From Home with lots of classes
• Participation in Online Science Events: Virtual Workshops and Shows with lots of classes

Step 2 Technology

• Using Electrical Components to Build Simple Circuits with Ms Hardiman's 3rd and 4th class
• Tech Week: Classes across the school took part in Tech Week 2021

Step 3 Engineering

• Design and Make- Tall Towers with Ms McGrath’s 2nd and 3rd class
• Engineers Week:Building Bridges during Engineers Week with Ms Bury’s Senior Infants,Engineers Week-Creating Robots with Ms Roche’s Senior Infants and 1st Class
• Engineers Week during Home Learning for senior classes: Creating a Prosthetic Limb

Step 4 Maths

• Maths Week in Junior Infants
• Maths Trail with Ms Roche’s Senior Infants

Step 5 STEM Showcase
