We were thrilled to raise our 7th Green Flag for Global Citizenship & Energy just before the Summer holidays on the 19th of June. Our school prides itself on taking positive actions to help our environment. The Limerick Rose, Molli Ann O'Halloran ,our very own past pupil helped our 2021-2023 Green team to raise the new flag on the day !
We were very fortunate to have a fantastic group of pupils, from 1st-6th class helping us to lead the initiative over the past couple of years in school. Our classes are now busy electing a new Green team from 1st- 6th class who will lead their classes in helping us to gain our 8th Green flag for Global Citizenship and Marine.
We will announce the new Green team in the coming days ! We look forward to working on our new theme ! Here are some images of our Green flag raising ceremony in June .
