A Letter from Leo Varadkar

5th & 6th Class girls from Room 14 wrote to our Taoiseach in April to ask him some very important questions about the Covid-19 pandemic. Today we received a reply from Leo Varadkar himself answering some their questions.

At the beginning of April the 5th and 6th Class girls from Room 14 were set a task as part of their remote learning experience to put together a letter to Leo Varadkar, our Taoiseach, and ask him the questions we all wanted answering. The girls made PowerPoint presentations on his life and accomplishments, they told him of the challenges the were experiencing and they also asked some vital and intelligent questions relating to the Covid-19 pandemic. Today, we received a reply from Leo Varadkar answering those questions and giving us a little insight into his life. Girls this is fantastic to receive, well done.
